بیانیه کمیسیون حقوق بشر کانون وکلای دادگستری کرمانشاه و ایلامبه مناسبت درگذشت نلسون ماندلای شکست ناپذیر .

واقعیت آن است که مرگ نلسون ماندلا یک پایان نیست بلکه خود پایان دوره ای ازخودکامگی و ظلمت است و سرآغاز و طلیعه ی روشنی در مقاومت و مبارزه ی توأم با صلح طلبی در سراسر جهان.ماندلای شکست ناپذیری که تمامی زندگی خود را وقف مردم آفریقا در مبارزه با استیلای سفید پوستان کرد و بدنبال آرمان جامعه ی آزاد و دموکراتیک برای همگان بود تا بتوانند با فرصت های برابر و متوازن زندگی کنند. ماندلای شکست ناپذیری که پیام اش طوفان به پا می کرد  : متحد شوید بسیج شود و آپارتاید را بین سندان اقدامات توده های متحد و چکش مبارزه منفی در هم کوبید .

 ماندلای تسخیر ناپذیرودارای سرشتی استوار که اعلام می کرد : در شرایط طاقت فرسا و در چنگال ضربات زمانه نه دست از تلاش برداشتم و نه ناله و زاری کردم . با پتک ایام و زیر آوار سرنوشت، سرم خونین،اما برافراشته است . در من نشانی، از هول و هراس نیست از این گذرگاه تنگ و تاریک ، و از پیامدهای در تقدیر واهمه ای ندارم چون سرنوشتم را با دست خویش می نویسم و سردار روح خویشتنم .

  واقعیت این است که روش و منش نلسون ماندلای بزرگ سرمشق و سرلوحه ی همه ی کوشندگان راه آزادی و برابری است . این کمیسیون بر آن می بیند به مناسبت درگذشت این مدافع راستین راه آزادی و برابری ؛ همه ی گروهها و فعالان حقوق بشر را به مقاومت توأم با صلح طلبی برای رسیدن به آرمان ها و میثاق های جهانی حقوق بشر دعوت کند و حاکمان و مقامات دولتیرا در هر جای جهان به مدارا و تحمل نظر مخالف توصیه نماید .

ما اعلام می داریم خشونت تحت همه ی اشکال نژادی، قومی ،ایدئولوژیک ، مذهبی امری مذموم و ناپسند است و میوه ی درخت تعصب است . ما در این مقطع ، با تأکید بر اجتناب از خشونت و توجه هر چه بیشتر بر شیوه های حل و فصل مسالمت آمیز اختلافات در راستای دستیابی به آرمانهای جهانی حقوق بشر ، از همه ی دولتها دعوت می کنیم تا اصول اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر را رعایت و به اجراء در آورند  .

Indeed , the nelson Mandela death isn`t an end but is inturn an end of period of tyranny and despotism and the clear beginning of resistance and civil struggle accompany with peace-seeking around the world .

The Invctus Mandela , who devote all of his life to the people of Africa for struggle against the dominant of white race for founding the free and democratic society for all Africans to have equal and balanced opportunities .

The InvictusMandela , who his message made the big wave : unite ! mobilize !between the anvil of united mass action and the hammer of the civic struggle we shall crush Apartheid !

The Invictus and unconquerableMandela , who declared that : in the fell clutch of circumstance , I have not winced nor cried aloud . Under the bludgeoning of chance my head is bloody , but unbowed . Beyond this place of wrath and tears looms but the Horror of the shade , and yet menace of the years finds , and shall find , me unafraid . it matters not how strait the gate , how charged with punishmentsthe scroll , I am the master of my fate , I am capital of my soul .

In fact , the method and manner of the great Mandela is an example for all equality and freedom activists . ourcommission in relation to departure of Invictus Mandela , the rightful defender of freedom and equality , invite all  people and groups to peaceful and civil resistance for achieve the universal ideals and leagues of the human rights . we , as the human right commission , invite all authoritative and coercive governors around the world to behavior his oppositions and critics tolerantly .

We , as the human rights commission , declare that the violence under the title of all from of racial , ethnic . idolegic and religious concerns is blameworthy and reproachable , this kinds of violence is fruits of dogmatism tree .

In this occasion , the departure of the Invictus Mandela , by emphasize on avoidance of violence and pay more attention to peaceful resolution manner of conflicts in order to achieve the human rights universal ideals , invite all states to enforce and observe the universal declaration of human rights principles.
